Hi Doug, I do plant to keep on with my Astoria Daily Photo blog and the personal blog. I thought of you today driving back from Bend, as there were a number of "Lewis and Clark Trail" signs alongside the road. If you have any requests, especially regarding photos, let me know. I'm still learning, as I've only been an Oregonian since 2001. All the best, Sheryl
The Spalding site is very, very interesting. I haven't had time to push further unfortunately. Another site that was very touching is Old Chief Joseph grave in Joseph, OR. Not only was it touching, it is also a gorgeous setting against beautiful Wallowa lake, the Wallowas being the land of some Nez-Perce I believe. I cannot for the life of me remember if it's a Lewis & Clark marker though.

ReplyDeleteTypo, sorry, I plan to keep on blogging :) What I meant about photos is, if you need photos of parts of the trail in my area, I'd be happy to oblige.
